The Courtyard Cottage

This peaceful self-contained cottage is on a property beside the main house. We are centrally located in the heart of Robertson, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Nestled in the Western Cape, Robertson lies in the Breede River Valley and is known as the “Valley of Wine and Roses.” It’s part of Route 62, the world’s longest wine route, making it an ideal base to explore some of the country’s finest vineyards and scenic landscapes. Or you can just relax and watch some Netflix!

Situated on the 1802 Augusta de Mist Country House graded historical monument, this part of late 19th-century coach house was part of our former historical, sometimes hysterical, guest house. This Stable Unit is situated next to Moolmanshof Guesthouse the oldest standing home in Swellendam (1798). This is a family unit for 4 people maximum. It is situated in the gardens of more than a hectare. There are huge lawns to play.At the back is a shared garden where you can braai. It has a separate little kitchen and bathroom. It feels like you are on a farm with even a forest area at the top of the property.

The Milk Room is the smaller unit of 2 at 50 White Guesthouse, ideal for wedding guests, or a couple who is here to explore the area and need a clean and welcome space mainly to sleep.
