This delightful cottage is in the heart of the quaint and queer town of Barrydale. It oozes character, and is a lovely place to stop over, or rest a few days and simply unwind. A beautiful, double volumed open plan space features a living room downstairs, with a sliding door opening to the main bedroom, and a large eat in kitchen/ dinning area upstairs with access to a terrace with views for Africa. The perfect place for a couple looking for a romantic retreat, or a family on a road trip.

Moon Cabin

Moon Cabin is nestled in the centre of Barrydale which rests beneath the majestic spires of the Langeberg mountain range. It's 3 streets from the local restaurants, shops and pubs. The Cabin is a separate guest house on a large green plot with the main house far away enough for guest's privacy. The Cabin is designed to be 'modern rustic' with beautiful light, modern appliances, comfortable beds and quiet serenity. We have wifi & a backup battery for running devices during loadshedding.

Rosehaven Cottage

Step into the timeless charm of Rosehaven Cottage, a lovingly restored gem from the early 1900s in Swellendam. Our tranquil and beautiful garden is alive with birdsong, and you'll always find beautiful, fresh flower arrangements inside. Relax in the cozy living spaces with their lovely wooden floors. For guests with furry friends, the entire perimeter is dog-proofed. Many say it truly feels like a home away from home. A truly relaxing and welcoming haven awaits.

Historic Sunflower Cottage, Tranquil and Romantic

Sunflower Cottage is a romantic self-catering cottage in McGregor, and is one of the oldest and most loved historical houses in the village. Originally built in the 1880’s, its thick adobe walls, original mud floors, reed ceilings and thatched roof are natural insulators against the heat and cold of the Little Karoo. Located in a quiet corner of the village, the cottage is perfect for couple getaways, to explore this historical town and surrounding winelands.

Hermitage Huisies: Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is a stand alone century old farm cottage made postcard-perfect by the milieu of flowers, horses, green fields, dramatic mountains and adjacent farm dam. Newly redecorated, featuring a luxury double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Fireplace in the open plan living/kitchen area. Wi-Fi, TV and USB with movies! Outside Braai and seating. Dassieshoek - Ou Skool

Situated in the mountains of Robertson, this double volume, beautifully restored Old School is a tranquil getaway for the whole family. There is a gorgeous eco pool and plenty of amenities for children. Located next to the Marloth Nature Reserve, the house is at the beginning of the Arangieskop Hiking Trail. Mountain biking, hiking, birding and river and dam access mean that there are plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family.

Cloven Stones

Our place is a neatly restored original McGregor workers cottage with a beautiful large garden in a central location. The property is family and pet friendly (although please note we have 2 covered irrigation dams). Enjoy relaxing in the garden full of birds or explore the main street nearby. There is an outdoor braai, a large stoep and a gazebo for sunny days as well as an indoor anthracite fireplace indoors for chilly days.

The architect-designed house mixes inside/outside space with plenty of room for family.. Explore wetland, river and the Langeberg mountains. Witpeer cottage is a charming one bedroom cottage, decorated with a bit of French flair. It is set in a tranquil location on the farm, with verandas on both sides offering views of the majestic Sonderend mountains. The wood burning stove and an electric blanket will ensure that you stay cozy during those chilly winter evenings. 8km from the charming village of Greyton.
