Delvis tillgång till 2 stabila havskajaker. Egen altan med grill.

Huset vid Betsede sjö Ett bekvämt och modernt hus på sjötomt med tillgång till badbrygga, roddbåt och bastuhus vid sjön. Runt knuten har du vattnet och naturen. Ett fullt utrustat kök med redskap för matlagning, diskmaskin, kyl och frys. På altanen finns en grill tillsammans med en härlig utemöbel väl avskärmad. På övervåningen ligger sovdelen tillsammans med toalett och dusch. Takfönster där du kan se träden på morgonen. En plats att njuta på, en plats att utgå ifrån och en plats för semester.

Välkommen till kusten, till havet och det vackra. Detta boende ligger som ni kan se direkt vid havet. Boendet är modernt och välutrustat och sådant som kanske förgyller vistelsen är en stor egen bastu, utomhusjacuzzi med havsutsikt. Då huset ligger vid havet så finns egen brygga att bada ifrån. Vidare så finns det gasolgrill och ett par olika men stora altaner med fatboys och hängmatta. Till Sölvesborg tar det 10 min med bil och till Sölvesborgs GK, årets golfklubb, tar det också 10 minuter.

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

We offer a modern loft-like summer stay overviewing the sea within walking distance from the beach. The house consists of three rooms, one master bedroom with windows from floor to roof towards the fields, an additional bedroom with two single beds, and a living area with kitchen and lounge, also with windows covering the wall towards the garden. Outside there is a lawn, with barbecue and furniture for outdoor living, plus an outdoor shower.
