The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). The perfect retreat from which to explore the harbour town of Christchurch, Milford-on-Sea with stunning views of the Isle of Wight, and the Georgian market town of Lymington.

Cosy cottage for 2 central Lymington

Captains Retreat Cottage is a private one bedroom ( very comfy 6ft superking) cottage in the heart of Lymington. Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Studio 6

A cosy wood cabin located where forest and sea meet in the market town of Lymington, we are walking distance from the town quay and high street which offers many restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the outstanding Saturday market. A few minutes drive will take you out into the New Forest where you may see the ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs which roam free. The studio is set in a fenced off area of our garden which is secure and dog friendly, we offer off street parking and bike storage.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Escape to The Cabin in the beautiful New Forest

The Cabin is a stylish and modern space situated in the village of Sway and within walking distance of the open forest. The Cabin is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. There are two pubs within the village and plenty of forest walks. Lymington Market Town is only a short drive away, as is the beach. The Cabin is located at our riding school, Coombe Stables, there are options for treks out onto the open forest for all abilities or shorter rides in the arena.

Chapel End @ The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Part of a delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well as some amazing beaches. Chapel End is a studio room that has a king size bed, en-suite shower room, kitchen and a 2 seater dining table. It has it's own entrance at the end of the Old Chapel. There is Wi-Fi throughout, TV with Netflix plus a private courtyard garden with a table and 4 chairs.

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

The Glade at Ladyhill Vineyard near Winchester

Nestled on the edge of an ancient wood in South Downs National Park and with fantastic views over Ladyhill Vineyard and the Hampshire countryside The Glade has a cosy A-Frame to grab a good night sleep, a separate shower room with flushable loo to keep you fresh and a kitchen equip-for-easy glamping. Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!
