The villa offers in total two (2) 55m2 apartments on the ground floor and one (1) 110m2 family apartment on the first floor. Each apartment has its own private entrance and a parking spot. The apartment you are about to book is on the ground floor. Our villa is the perfect getaway. The apartments are comfortable and the views stunning. Right below, there's a crystal clear non organized beach. Only 10min away by the shore you can access restaurants and beach bars at Megas Lakkos beach.

Our very recently renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of our detached house in Argostoli,in a quiet area ,only 500 m away from the main square. It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. The views are provided both inside the bedroom with a very large window ,but also from our private shaded veranda.Free parking is available on the quiet public road

Kate's Place is in a key unspoiled location of Kefalonia island. It is located at the edge of Karavomilos village, surrounded by nature with spectacular views across the blue of Ionian Sea and the island of Ithaca. Also, only 1.5 km away from Sami small town and port where someone can find friendly taverns, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafe, bars etc.
