Svi će se osjećati ugodno u prostranom i jedinstvenom smještaju s prekrasnim pogledom. Apartman se nalazi na katu obiteljske kuće izgrađene prije više od 100 godina kad je služila kao štagalj. Kasnije je postala idilično obiteljsko utočište na brežuljku nasuprot srednjovjekovnog grada Motovuna, u blizini biciklističke i izletničke trase Parenzana, lječilišta Istarske Toplice i aquaparka Istralandia. Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
