It's a great location to see the Northern lights /Aurora Borealis if the weather conditions are right. The cottage is one area and has double bed (160x200cm) and a sleeping sofa. We provide linen, towels and soap etc. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. We have a baby crib and high chair for your children. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The apartment is next to Klambratún park and in walking distance from Kringlan shopping mall, the city center and other outdoor/recreation areas like Laugardalur, Öskjuhlíð and Nauthólsvík. It has one bedroom with a king size bed. Another bedroom with a double bed (130 cm). The third room is a kids room with a double bed for two children or teenagers. TV room can also be used as a bedroom. Airbed can be provided and a travel baby crib. Kitchen, two bathrooms, one with a bath. TV and netflix.

A delightful, spacious apartment in one of Reykjavík’s best neighbourhood, the Laugardalur. The house stands by the green valley where you will find a public swimmingpool a petting zoo a greenhouse restaurant called Flora, open in summers, and nice playgrounds. Just around the corner is a grocery store, a Thai restaurant, Huppa the icecream shop and a bakery/coffee called Passion. The apartment has a kitchen, dining area, a bathroom with shower and a bathtub and access to its own veranda.

Flatscreen tv and darts board with complimentary darts. 15 minutes walk to Kringlan shopping centre and Skeifan. Located in family friendly neighbourhood. Only available for 3 nights mininum stay.

The Aspen Annex

Take a break and unwind in our peaceful annex, conveniently located for hikes to the Reykjadalur Hot Spring Thermal River, and a wealth of amenities in Hveragerði. The annex has a private entrance, king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and basic cooking facilities (added in January 2026). You will also have exclusive use of the garden hot tub, a tranquil escape nestled among the birch and aspen trees. Please note that we have a very friendly dog who you may meet!

Tóftir is a peaceful cosy horse farm situated on the south coast of Iceland, near Stokkseyri and Selfoss. There are small lakes on the property with diverse birdlife and planes of green grass. There is a spectacular 360 degree view to the mountains and glaciers when the weather is good and clear. You can see a lot of sky the horizon and the sea. The farm feels reclusive but is very close to service with the small town Selfoss just a 15 minute drive away.
