The fully equipped self-catering cottage is ideal for 2 people. The cottage has an en-suite shower, small kitchen and as well as a veranda with a fireplace and a splash pool. Guests can also choose a unique campsite that have ablution facilities. Visit Ymansdam and taste, experience and smell the lovely Karoo.

Nyala Cottage

We are situated in the heart of the Karoo a 3 and a half hour drive from Cape Town. We have various game roaming around the cottage. Lovely bliss full evenings with a large fire watching the stars in a lovely hottub. Enjoy a game drive morning, during lunch with a "field braai" or late afternoon sundowner. Bring your hiking shoes or your MTB and enjoy the walk or cycling on various routes. Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Sutherland Guest House

A typical Karoo stone house with old world charm. 4 Bedrooms, some with en-suite bathrooms and a self-catering unit inside the house completes the picture. All beds have electric blankets for our cold winter nights. There is also a fire place in the communial lounge. A lovely braai area which is partially covered against the weather. You can book the entire house for a group of family and friends. We do provide breakfast on request at an extra fee.

This delightful cottage features classic-style architecture, complemented by modern enhancements that preserve its authentic character. Sleep 2 people in one bedroom. Fireplace in open plan living area. Wall panel heater in bedroom. Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Kitchenette with 3 burner gas plate, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. Outside sitting area/smoking area.

Rooikloof’s Koesnaatjie Cottage 1

The 4-sleeper has a room with a double bed, gas heater and shower-only bathroom. Guests need to bring bedding for the pull-out double sleeper couch. The kitchenette has a 2-plate stove, indoor braai and a Dover stove. The unit does not have electricity.
