The great room is one space with all the kitchen amenities, dining room table couch and TV/DVD. Three additional air mattresses extends your sleeping space for up to four more guests. Private one acre, quiet setting just 80 feet off Sunshine Lake. Take advantage of ice fishing for Rainbow Trout in the winter and snow shoes or cross country skiing through wooded trails. Great snow machine cabin too! Summer months are great for non-motorized boats.

The building is a duplex with a unit upstairs and a unit downstairs. It is likely you could hear upstairs guests, specifically during their water use when showering or washing laundry.
