Nema buke.Zrak je čist kao i more, plaze su divlje i na nekima nema nikoga, nema svjetlosnog zagađenja.Kada puše bura mozete uzivati u pogledu na zatvorenoj terasi Udaljenost od centra i dućana 7km,potreban je auto, bicikl, romobil.Kuća je u fazi renovacije ali Apartman 1 jepotpuno renoviran Dočekat ce Vas namješteni kreveti i ručnici,sapun, zamjenska posteljina *Nisu dopušteni glasni eventi i zabave

Villa Sofimar smještena je u mirnom mjestu Zubovići, uz samu morsku obalu pokraj impresivne stjenovite klisure. Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Apartman I proteže se kroz cijeli 1. kat, sadrži predivnu prostranu terasu, te nudi nesvakidašnji doživljaj odmora uz spektakularan panoramski pogled na more koji ostavlja bez daha. The Villa has five bedrooms and big living a dining room (each bedroom have bathroom). This luxury villa is something unique in Zadar region. Interior is decorated in rustic style with modern details. House is situated in the middle of the center Island Vir. Beach with send inside sea and pabbles outside is 350m from house, small shop is 50m, nigth bars 50-150m, restaurants 200m. In main season Island have many concert, parties and other entertainment like jet-ski, parasail, squad etc.
