We are a low carbon property heated by Air source Heat Pump with solar panels. Three self-contained flats here have their own secure access from a shared stairway and main entrance . The flats share use of a laundry room and small garden. There is fast WIFI and streamed TV with Netflix premium. Each flat has one parking space.

We have a large garden which guests are welcome to use along with an outdoor pool in season. There is an outside shower and loo for pool users. Guests are welcome to use BBQ on request as well as outside dining table. Central heating currently being installed.
