De benedenwoning bevat 3 slaapkamers waarvan 2 voorzien zijn van een wasbak en elk een 2 persoonsbed, klamboe, klerenkast en beveiliging/ 1 gescheiden bad en toilet(aangepast met verhoging en hendel). de badkamer is voorzien van warm en koud water. bad en toilet zijn voorzien van een wasbak/ in de keuken anex zitkamer is er een grote staande ijskast, gasfornuis, aanrecht met 2 wasbakken keukenkasten met daarin keukengerei (potten, pannen, glaswerk en bestek)/ microwave, ricecooker, watercooker. een 3 zit- en 2x 1 zitbank. Een beveiligd voorportaal met een luiestoel, hangmat eettafel met stoelen. Grote tuin met vruchtbomen.Het geheel is goed omrasterd. Gedurende hun verblijf wordt het vertrek 1x per week schoongemaakt, en de kleding wordt 1x per week gewassen. Het verblijf staat in een luxe, rustig beveiligde (1x 24 uur rijdende surveillance) omgeving. In de omgevingi zijn er Indische-, Indiaase- en Chinese restaurants. Verder is er nog een shoppingmall allen op loopafstand te bereiken. Voor een wandeling in de avond kunnen de gasten naar het uitgangscentrum waar er verschillende terrasjes zijn (het Vat, Tangelo, Pannenkoek en Poffertjes cafe enz). Ook zijn er bakkers slagers en markten in de omgeving . Voor de vogelliefhebbers is er elke vroege zondagochtend op het Onafhankelijkheidsplein een evenement. Ook kan men naar het Fort Zeelandia voor een historische rondleiding. Voor het openbaar vervoer moet men op 15 minuten loopafstand van de woning zijn (PG).
