Explore the West Country all year round with access to hiking/biking and horse trails. Quadding and snowmobiling in the backcountry as well as seasonal hunting and fishing. For some rest and relaxation, enjoy the deck by the flower garden, sit in front of the wood burning stove or by the firepit on those starry nights.

Our resort includes a beautiful three bedroom vacation house and land that overlooks the James River. It is surrounded by trees in the Canadian wilderness. Enjoy a relaxing time in peace and quiet. Great for families. Escape the busy life while still in comfort. Bookings are based on double occupancy with a maximum of 6 people. $45/person/night for extra guests. Trappers Cabin on a Sleddog Farm

Spend the night in a unique setting and company. Kilyan and Anna live with nearly 30 sled dogs at the Rocky Wolf Ranch. The trapper's cabin sleeps two and is lovingly furnished. With a view of the horse paddocks and dog kennels, you can enjoy breakfast or sunbathe on the veranda. The ranch is located directly on Prairie Creek. Here you can fish, swim, or simply enjoy nature. Programs with the sled dogs are available as an option.

Welcome to our simple, serene "cabin-ette" in the country! This 4 season accommodation is heated, with a comfortable double bed, kitchenette & bistro table all rolled into a tiny, functional space! Guest facilities & clean shower are located at the front of the main house, just a hop through our parking lot! The half bathroom is an outhouse beside the cabin. Olds College Students and travelers welcome year round!
