You’ll love my house because of the coziness, wood stove, the high ceilings, beams, the views, the location and its brand new!! It's perfect for couples and families (with kids), skiers, snowmobilers, anyone who enjoys the many outside activities of New England, or just a relaxing retreat wknd inside!

Just minutes from town yet in a quaint residential neighborhood, the apartment attached to our 1820 historic home is a warm and inviting place to stay while visiting lovely New London, New Hampshire. The town includes many shops and restaurants, along with Colby Sawyer College and The New London Barn Playhouse. Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

Charming cottage with 3 bedrooms just a small walk to Sunapee lake. You can enjoy swimming off the dock or explore one of the many harbors on the lake. Mount Sunapee is just around the corner (2 minute drive) and offers many fun activities for the whole family. Including zip lines, mtn biking and much more. Sunapee State beach is also within walking distance or just a short drive away. Offers large sandy beach. This rustic cottage is a perfect place to make memories with family and friends.
