Only a short drive to historic Charleston, SC! Please be aware that the property has a Ring video doorbell on the premises (at the front door). There are no cameras/surveillance devices inside the home or on the balcony.

A short walk to the stunning new clubhouse on the newly renovated Cougar Point Golf Course. Kiawah Island offers 10 miles of beach to walk or cycle for hours without interruption. The beach is complemented by the river, lagoons, and marshlands, it is beautiful to visit all year round.

This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience.
