Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Stunning Cornish home by the sea in Crantock

It's beautiful, spacious and peaceful set in the conservation area of Crantock. There's great views from the property with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just lying on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

The Dairy is our "home from home" single level barn conversion. You will be blown away by the miles of views over fields and the incredible sunrises and sunsets. But with the massive benefit of being within 5 miles of the fabulous Newquay beaches (including Fistral, Crantock and Holywell), and the hustle and bustle of town with its shops, cafes and pubs. After a day out exploring, you can enjoy the outdoor space in peace and quiet or the cosy and warm indoors with squishy sofas and comfy beds.

SOUTH FISTRAL COTTAGE is newly built with space and luxury in mind and is nestled in between South Fistral Beach and the Gannel Estuary. A 5 min walk to both. The cottage is alongside our bungalow at Pentire, with parking on the driveway. Your entrance is separate and secure. The gate opens onto an undercover deck and into an open plan kitchen lounge dining area with 55 " smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed built in a wardrobe and 1.5 ensuits. High-speed internet. 20 min walk to town.

These include the original water wheel, low doorways, beams and millstones which all set off this historical gem.
