Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.

3BR/2BA ONE LEVEL Brick Ranch located next to Bays Mountain 5 mins from downtown Kingsport, W/D, Full Kitchen, 50-inch TV w/Roku, WIFI provided. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an added pet fee. Can accommodate up to 6 guests. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Also located on our 6-acre estate is a 2nd BNB rental the "BEARFOOT CHALET" to allow families to be close.
