MOST places in the area (except the main resort) DO NOT have A/C. It seldom gets past low 80s usually in the 70s and there is a wonderful breeze. A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape, settle in with a warm jacuzzi tub. At the end of the day cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's.

Relax in this peaceful quiet space! This studio apartment is above a shared garage/entrance with the home owner. The homeowner and her daughter and 2 over friendly dog live on the property. The cabin is on 5 acres with a beautiful yard and pond that you can enjoy. The studio is 5 minutes from the town; local restaurants, train station, theater are some of the few attractions. The highway is 7 minutes away. 3 miles dirt road The Vermont hills and trails await your adventure!

The apartment is centrally located - 5 minutes from Ben & Jerry's and Waterbury Village; 20 minutes from Stowe with great biking and hiking and 30 minutes from Burlington and Lake Champlain. Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, it stays a cool 65 degrees on most days - you may even want to turn on the heat early on a summer morning! We require a minimum of a three-night stay.
