Within walking distance to the Sugarhouse Commons area bars and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown SLC, 5 minutes to the freeways, and 30 minutes to the ski resorts, this house sits in a quiet neighborhood that likes to keep it that way. Our place is in the heart of SugarHouse, within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, bus and light rail connections to the airport, city center and skiing. You'll be staying in the building with the Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates studio and one yoga class is included in your rental. Pilates classes begin at 6am so you will hear people above you. You are entitled to a pass to Inferno Hot Pilates classes during your stay.

Garden Apartment in 9th & 9th

Charming 1912 remodel in the 9th & 9th neighborhood providing multiple restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Front porch overlooking garden (with potential for seasonal vegetables) and (work in progress) back yard. The space is a duplex in which I live on one side and am always willing to provide recommendations or anything you may need, but the apartment is completely separate, so you can relax in privacy.

Sweet Salt Lake City Ensuite

Being in the upper avenues of Salt Lake City this place has beautiful views of the impressive mountains with the city below. Sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the front porch and back deck. A short walk through the neighborhood with beautiful homes from different income levels leads to a streamside walk through City Creek Canyon or a walk to City Creek Park that leads directly into the beautiful downtown area.
