From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

Fen Lodge Shepherd's Huts is close to the Suffolk heritage coast with Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh a short drive away. There are heath and woodland walks, RSPB Minsmere and a great village pub a short walk from the hut. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the comfy bed, the wood burning stove, the dark night sky and the views across the meadow. Fen Lodge is suitable for couples and solo adventurers. We’ve converted our home office and ex-teenage den into an airy, spacious studio (48sqm) providing contemporary living, sleeping and even working space in a self-contained outbuilding in the garden of our cottage. A peaceful rural location overlooking the market town of Framlingham, the Office is a 15 minute walk (3 mins drive) into the town, with its castle, church, pubs, cafes, boutiques and twice weekly market. It is an ideal base for visiting Framlingham and the Suffolk coast 25mins away.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

The Wash House Studio is secluded in the heart of Orford close to the local shops and restaurants and Pump Street Bakery. We also have off street parking. It's a stylishly converted, self contained double studio with en suite and amazing views to the water from our meadow across to the river Ore. You can use the Shepherd's Hut too! Our breakfast is with local products - bread, our garden fruit, pastries, juice, yoghurt and preserves plus coffee and tea. This is delivered to your door.

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.

Charming cottage in idyllic setting

The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
