Apartamentul face parte dintr-un bloc nou, construit în 2025, are 2 camere cu doua paturi duble și o canapea extensibila în salon. În bucătărie se pot găsi toate ustensilele necesare pentru prepararea unei mese, iar se poate sta la masa din interior cât și la masuta de pe balcon pentru o priveliște de vis.Din balcon se vede tot satul ipotesti, apartamentul fiind la etaj. Locuința se afla la 5 minute de orașul suceava (centru,cetatea de scaun) ceea ce asigura o cazare linistita și eficienta.
