BnB in Barn with 2 ensuite Bedrooms

The Barn has a "retro/rustic/bunk house character" with exposed beams some dating from the Napoleonic Wars. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other has two single beds of which one is on long legs!), both have en-suite wet rooms and lead off the large living/play area. Sheets and towels are included. The kitchen area in the main room comprises an electric cooker, butler's sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, kettle and toaster, utensils and crockery. Complimentary beverages, breakfast cereals, eggs mostly from our own hens, homemade bread, jam and cake, milk and bacon are provided to kick start your stay. There is a full size table tennis table and bar football for the young at heart! The sitting area is around a cast iron wood burning stove has a digital TV with SKY and an Ikea sofa which makes up into a full size single bed. Background heating is provided by a state of the art computer controlled electric panel system and there are panels in each bedroom. Off street parking is on the shared pebbled yard next to the Barn. The Barn is accessed via a shared drive with the main house in which the hosts live. The drive has large metal gates separating it from the public park (Redland Green) over which there is a tarmacked access road leading from Redland Green Road. There is a children's play area near the house. Redland Green Farm is in a sylvan setting but is only one mile from the city centre and has good bus and train links with the main line stations. There are numerous eating and drinking establishments, shops and amenities within walking distance either on the Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Cabot Circus, Broadmead, and Clifton.

Characterful Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast.

Star Vale Farmhouse enjoys a prominent position on Sodbury Common, South Cotswolds. Guests can enjoy uninterrupted views and direct access to explore the common, grazed by cattle from May to December. The B & B room is located in the originally part of the 18th Century Farmhouse, accessed via a private staircase with original oak beams and floor boards. A full English breakfast, using locally sourced produce, will be served in the Breakfast room where a wood burning stove is often alight.

Slad - lovely rural views

We have lived in Slad since 1985, it is a beautiful place to visit at any time of the year - our guests can explore the lovely valley and surrounding countryside; we're two miles from Stroud. Cheltenham, Gloucester and the Cotswolds are within easy reach. We have really enjoyed being Airbnb hosts for over 5 years ; we have two rooms available with double beds (but also suitable for single visitors). We have a lovely, lively collie Zelda, so are now getting lots of Slad walks ourselves too!

Friendly hosts provide a clean and comfortable room in a detached (non-smoking) family home in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The house is close to bus routes to Gloucester, Stroud and the Cotswolds. It is also within a five minute walk of a Tesco Express shop (open 7-11), and a mile from two large supermarkets. Good Mondays Farm is 10 mins off the M4, ideal for visiting the wealth of attractions in the Cotswolds. The Grade II listed cowshed conversion has high beamy ceilings, light spacious rooms with rustic features from the farm in its heyday. The bedrooms have large beds dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets and goose down duvets, all with smart TVs, free wifi and a desk. The bathrooms are furnished with a cast iron bath and/or a monsoon shower with Egyptian cotton white fluffy towels.
