You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Am Fuße des Grundstückes fließt das Klopferbacherl und die Parkanlage bietet neben einem Kneipbecken einen großzügigen Kinderspielplatz.
