Clove St, surrounded by bushland with interesting walkways & parks, is conveniently located only 5 minutes from Murrumba Downs train station which links to Brisbane city, the Domestic & International airport, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. It takes only 5 minutes to access the Bruce Highway. A 5-minute drive to Dholes Rocks boat ramp & esplanade to access Moreton Bay. North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre, along with IKEA, Costco and all the big names are also within a 10-minute drive.

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

Rivervilla tranquility by the bay.

Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling but completely autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, the entertainment center, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon for views up and down the river, and out to the bay. The Cottage sits right on the border of Brisbane's Northern Bay Side suburbs of Sandgate and Deagon and overlooks the Gasworks Creek reserve. Formerly an old carpenters workshop, the exposed timbers create a very cosy, comfortable place to stay. Only 5 minutes walk to Sandgate Village with Moreton bay beyond, and just 250m from Sandgate Station. Ideal for the Entertainment Centre or nipping into Brizzy. 1 x Queen bedroom. 1 x sofa bed in the lounge + 2 kids beds up in the star gazers loft..
