Spotlessly clean, easy self-catering, an ideal base for rest & activities, excellent local amenities! Minutes on foot from Castle Menzies, and a great bar/restaurant, the River Tay, lush forests, etc. A 3 min drive to shops, Distillery, cafes, etc. Early check-in when possible, a relaxed 11am checkout, & a 5-star host who leaves you in peace!

Kerrycroy: A hidden gem in Highland Perthshire!

South facing on the hill overlooking Aberfeldy we confidently boast one of the best views in the area. The house is self contained offering all you require for a relaxing stay in Highland Perthshire. Parking and easy access on the level make it suitable for those who may find steps a problem. We are a 10 minute walk from Aberfeldy and likewise to the local bar/restaurant. Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

Renovated Hayloft

The Hayloft is a hay barn conversion into a new self-catering studio space, en suite with walk in shower and mini kitchen. Furnished with vintage Ercol furniture and luxurious Breanish Tweed handwoven in the Outer Hebrides. Comfy, light filled and airy with floor to ceiling windows. The Hayloft has its own private entrance, deck and garden area. (Please note we used to be a B&B- you will see reference to breakfast on our reviews however, since renovating we are no longer serving breakfast.)

Atholl Neuk is a one bedroomed annexe cottage situated in the beautiful Highland Perthshire village of Blair Atholl. The cottage is homely and relaxing with well equipped dining kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher, cosy lounge overlooking the private garden and with electric recliner chairs, one double bedroom with king sized bed, large shower room and off street parking. A maximum of two guests please. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must not be left alone in property.

Hand Built Cosy Bespoke One Bed Shepherds Hut

Sited on the once Weem Farm the Shepherds hut is a compact, cosy, self contained space. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the valley towards Aberfeldy and behind up to Weem Rock, with excellent walks (the famous Birks Of Aberfeldy) straight from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the hut has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons it also has a smart TV and Wi Fi.

Rustic cabin with wood stove in Highland glen

The Bothy is a self-contained wooden cabin on the edge of our own woodland at West Cottage and Stables, nestling in the heart of Glen Lyon and at the beginning of many excellent walks and cycle rides. There's a double bed, extra bed, luxury bathroom, and wood burning stove. There's a hob, fridge, and everything you need to cook with, but no oven. We can put something in the oven for you up at the house if you need us to.
