It's wheelchair accessible with 36-inch-wide hallways and doors plus supportive bars in bathroom to shower and assist for stool sitting. It is spacious enough to be inside with bench kitchen and coffee pot . Dogs ok $50 cleaning fee each additional dog is $25. Thier is access to state park trail from the back yard.I built it for my fellow Veteran brothers/sisters who may have some disabilities but still can enjoy it, so 15% off if you do rent. However, it can also be reserved by non-veterans.

Cozy cabin on Elk Lake

This cozy cabin, perched above a quiet, beautiful lake, with views of soaring pine trees and wildlife is a great place for relaxing next to the warm fireplace, or taking a dip in the cool water. If you're feeling adventurous, consider hiking nearby trails, or enjoying a game, or a laugh with family and friends around the fire pit. The cabin sits about 80 steps (a challenge for some) above Elk Lake. Elk lake is a no wake lake that is great for fishing, kayaking (we have two), and swimming.

Pepin Marina Retreat: Street Level Loft Apartment

The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

Birch Studio -Cozy studio near quaint river towns!

The Birch Studio has a cozy intimate vibe while remaining light and airy in 200 sq. feet. The studio sleeps 2, with a daybed and trundle. Enjoy an aesthetic fireplace, kitchenette, water closet w/ shower and a breakfast nook/workspace area. Wander out to your private deck with an astounding view of Lake Pepin. Dog friendly w/ paid pet fee. This memorable space is anything but ordinary! 10 min from The National Eagle Center. Great jumping off point for all your river valley adventures!
