Stay amongst the Scottish hills and lochs in The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Our private, no pets, one bedroom bothy is a cosy haven settled in Balquhidder Glen. Enjoy the wildlife as Deer, Red Squirrel, Pheasants and wild Rabbits will be your neighbours. Climb the many mountains in the area, some within walking distance of our front door or explore the local walks. Visit the grave of Rob Roy MacGregor or curl up infront of our woodburning stove with some hot cocoa and a good book.

Arrochar Annex: amazing views, 1 hr from Glasgow

This self contained modern Annex is situated in the picturesque village of Arrochar, on the banks of Loch Long, with stunning views of the "Cobbler" amidst the Arrochar Alps. It is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists, swimmers, kayakers & those wishing to experience the Scottish Highlands, within easy reach of Glasgow & Stirling. The mature gardens have extensive bird life, with red squirrels and deer visitors. The village has good train and bus connections and a few lovely old local pubs.

The Stables, Kings Park

This brand new stand alone outhouse conversion is located in the King’s Park area of Stirling. Decorated to a high standard with pool table, bar area, full Sky tv package. Excellent transport links to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the North. 5minute walk to the historic and cultural city centre and 7 minutes walk to Stirling train station. The area has stunning views of the castle. Access to ‘The Stables’ is through the garden of the main property ( via a path).

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores! There is a kitchenette with breakfast provisions for your stay. A wood fired hot tub and private gated garden with stunning rural views is for your sole use. License no ST000931F

Kaimes Cottage, secluded quiet entire guest studio

Our large detached studio contains two single beds with an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower and a basic kitchen corner. Kaimes Cottage is situated between Braco and Muthill on the A822 and Gleneagles is only 10 minutes away. 15 minutes to Dunblane and Crieff, 25 minutes to Doune Castle, where "Outlander" was filmed.
