Kuća za odmor „Sinac“ se nalazi u prekrasnom ličkom ambijentu u blizini Majerovog i Tonković vrila, dva najljepša i najveća izvora rijeke Gacke. Kuća se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonice, te jedne velike prostorije koja objedinjuje kuhinju, blagovaonicu i dnevni boravak. Sve prostorije su potpuno opremljene i svi uređaji su stavljeni na raspolaganje gostima. Nadalje, u sklopu kuće je i natkrivena terasa s roštiljem i impresivnim pogledom na okolna brda i livade.

RA Kuća moderna je, drvena kuća smještena na proplanku okružena šumama. Posjed se nalazi izvan naseljenog područja, 0,5 km od glavne prometnice koja vodi u nacionalni park Plitvice Lakes. Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Od Nacionalnog parka Plitvice udaljena je svega 20 km, 10 km od starog grada Slunja s magičnim Rastokama, te 15ak km od Baraćevih Spilja.
