Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Pea Cottage is a secretive, luxury cottage full of surprises. You're getting more than just a gorgeous place to hang out; the host has lined up a thoughtful selection of extras to make the most of your romantic break. These include a Prosecco Treasure Hunt, use of a tandem, an old fashioned record player, homemade "Scrum-Pea Cider", a choice of two walks and three hand-picked pubs to enjoy a memorable meal. Pea Cottage is 5 miles from Stamford, one of the prettiest market towns in the country.

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

The Burrow at The Linhay

This self-catering accommodation is within a converted barn that has been beautifully restored, situated on the owner’s working arable farm, surrounded by stunning views and farmland. The Linhay is a collection of self-catering accommodation at Holmewood Estate, and The Burrow provides a characterful open plan kitchen/living space and bedroom with ensuite on one floor and parking for one car. The 25-acre field opposite the accommodation is also available for enjoying the great outdoors.
