Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Wagtail Cottage is a delightful Grade II listed 16th Century brick and flint cottage. Sympathetically renovated to a high standard, with a luxurious bathroom, spacious double bedrooms, and contemporary but comfortable living areas. Set in a peaceful location, the property has a lovely garden with a riverside summerhouse and decking, perfect for lazy days, barbecues and evening drinks. Within walking distance of Stiffkey's salt marshes/coastal path, Stiffkey Stores & the popular Red Lion pub.

The Old Victoria is a converted brick and flint pub in the charming coastal village of Stiffkey bordering the Stiffkey Freshes salt marsh reserve, sleeps 6-8 Period charm throughout with timber framed ceilings, large open fire living space, separate snug with its own wood burner. Cocooned in this spectacular, beautifully spacious, wooden Eco barn, the Sail Loft has the most incredible views overlooking the salt marshes, creeks and out to sea, making this the perfect hideaway to relax and experience the ever-changing tides and birdlife on this magical part of Norfolk coastline in Wells-next-the-sea. A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

Canfers Barn is close to Holt and the stunning North Norfolk Coast. It is in a quiet, rural location great for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. A well behaved dog is welcome at an additional charge. (Max 2 dogs). There are some great pubs within a short drive and some fabulous walks nearby and immediately from the property on our arable farm. Please note that Canfers is very popular and usually only available for a minimum of 7 nights. Occasionally short breaks are available.

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

Bella's Cottage

A simply charming 2 bedroom flint country cottage, located in this sought after North Norfolk village, being a ten minute walk from the coastal path. The heart of Stiffkey village is a short stroll away on an off-road footpath along the river, which brings you to a welcoming village pub and the village stores, which serves as the local delicatessen, gift shop and café, with a delightful courtyard where you can sit and relax with a coffee and some delicious cake.
