Also features a nice covered outdoor porch area to relax. Centrally located close to fishing, shopping, dining, and adventuring! We keep two outdoor cameras on the property. One overlooks the parking area and the other is located on the side by our supply closet, pointing towards the shop and driveway.

Your Sterling Alaska Base Camp

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This is a quiet downstairs space with it’s own outside entry. It’s located close to all of Sterling’s best public bank fishing on the Kenai River. Just 10 minutes North of Soldotna Alaska. This space is fully furnished with 14.8 cu.ft. freezer, it’s own washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, cups, plates and all the utensils you will need. Outside you will find a fire ring and BBQ grill to cook up your favorite foods.

Relax at this comfortable apartment on our 25-acre ranch home. The apartment has a private bedroom, living area with a queen sofa bed, full kitchen and bathroom, and it's own private entrance and patio. This is a quiet, secluded area where we often see moose and sandhill cranes. We are just a 10-minute drive to Soldotna and fishing on the Kenai River and just a 20-minute drive to the Cook Inlet or the Russian River. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
