Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/boho/travel theme that reflects the spirit of our other Compass listings and is 3 blocks from TSU. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance. The only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs. The studio style floor plan has a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink, Keurig, microwave, toaster and mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We also have EV charger if needed.

Take the ladder to the queen sized bed (low ceiling) overlooking the kitchen or enjoy a movie on the home theater. A well appointed kitchen will make you feel at home. You'll be close to everything historic Granbury has to offer. There's room to park your boat trailer and a public boat launch less than a mile away.

If you'll be traveling with your horses, the property also has horse lots with loafing sheds and horse arenas - available at an additional cost. Please inquire about pricing and availability. Our charming place is nestled on a canal offering peaceful kayaking or fishing. With a boat ramp 5 houses down launch your boats with ease and tie them off at our dock. We have tied up a boat and two wave runners with room to spare. We have plenty of board games and a fire pit to keep the fun going into the evening. Our house offers three bedrooms. The master boasts a jacuzzi tub for a relaxing way to unwind.

Located at High Hope Ranch, Mata Z'amo is connected to 1000 acres of protected land. Meaning "Up High" in Swahili, Mata Z'amo cabin is perched on a cliffside lending our guests epic views of the hill country. Enjoy dark skies, wolves howling at dusk from Fossil Rim, and over 20 miles of hiking trails. Sleeps up to 8- 2 bunkbeds & upstairs master loft with a queen & trundle bed.
