Located in historic downtown Farmington, minutes away from restaurants, wineries, shops, and parks. Our newly renovated carriage house has much to offer! Our 2+ acre yard is fully fenced with a gated entrance offering privacy, a fire pit, covered patio, and large deck. The city park is located next door with a private acces gate offering basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis, swing sets, pavilions and playgrounds. Come enjoy a relaxing weekend or stay a week exploring the area attractions.

Take a step back in time & stay at The Breeze! This newly renovated unit offers a unique & cozy retreat for guests seeking a blend of nostalgia & comfort. Once a bustling hub for travelers, this roadside service station/restaurant was built in the late 1930's. Conveniently located right off the main highway just minutes to the interstate & less than a 10-minute drive to town. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy, cozy up to the firepit or grill on the deck. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer!

Dewey Cottage: New KING Size Bed

Make yourself at home in the Cottagecore-inspired indoor/outdoor living spaces. Located within walking distance of historical downtown. We are surrounded by nine of Missouri’s most scenic state parks, challenging golf courses, an extreme off-road recreation area, hiking trails, unique shops and boutiques, and fifteen award winning vineyards and wineries! We will be more than happy to accommodate you and any of your friends and family. Also, we are now within walking distance of PICKLEBALL!

FUNKS INN-no extra guest fees or cleaning fee

This house was built in 1870, it is a stone structure and was used as a family farm home. It has been remodeled for its use today. It is historically correct, which includes antiques of the time. Post Civil War era, furniture including the beds of this period. Another interesting aspect, is that the floors are all original. Mattresses, blankets pillows, bedding and towels are all new. The wine cellar that we have added, made on location. I always leave some out for guests. No fee.

Whether you're planning a visit to the local wineries, biking, hiking, or simply seeking pure relaxation, 5 Charles Farm is the perfect place to unwind and reset from the busy world.

Ruby’s Rental

If you are looking for a unique, eclectic, fun place to get away, welcome to ruby's rental!!! Hot Tub available ($50 extra fee). 3.5 blocks from downtown. Sainte Genevieve is a train town. This rental is located right across the street from the railroad tracks. This is an old house, do not expect all modern features. Ruby’s Rental has one bedroom (with 1 queen bed), a sleeping loft (with 2 twin beds. Hot Tub - Use requires a prepaid $50 fee. Fire Pit- must provide wood

The Caamp

The Caamp located directly across the road from The Barn at Lone Eagle Landing and Pebble Creek provides a close and convenient place to stay along with a breath taking view of the upper Coffman valley. The Caamp is also very close to Chaumette and Charleville. If outdoor adventure is what you seek The Caamp serves as a great landing zone to explore nearby attractions like Pickle Springs and Hawn State Park. Sit back and enjoy the view from this gorgeous and cozy tiny home.
