3 bedroom house set in a green area overlooking the little town of Teulada, 10 minutes driving (6 km) from the most beautiful beaches and coves of south Sardinia. The house is surrounded by 14 hectares of lush Mediterranean vegetation, it has a spacious internal court with a table to dine and have breakfast outside, sofas, hamacs and a BBQ. Casa Masina ha un ampio salone vista mare, due terrazze e una zona esterna privata dove mangiare al fresco tra le piante. Vi sono due stanze matrimoniali, due bagni completi e una cucina accessoriata vista giardino. L’alloggio è attrezzato per accogliere anche i più piccoli e ha posto auto privato gratuito. Dista 500m dalla spiaggia del Poetto, e 18km dall’aeroporto di Cagliari. Tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco: 1€/notte per ospite, dai 14 ai 70 anni, per soggiorni tra marzo e ottobre.

Historic 100mq house from the 1600s completely and finely restored in a modern style. The house present many original elements, starting from the marbles, from the large wooden French windows, to the balcony with the typical wrought iron railings, and has been completely restored creating a combination of history and modernity. Composed by entrance room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living area and each room is equipped with air conditioning. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.
