Beautiful, new (2020) thatched villa with water on two sides and private dock. 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Air conditioning . Huge terrace on the water, partly covered and heated. Fireplace, both inside and outside. Large open kitchen with all appliances (2 refrigerators, combi steamer, dishwasher, ice maker, Nespresso, filter coffee machine, etc.). Optionally with a 10-person luxury sloop (no boat license required, skipper at least 21 years old)

Hanzekop 1 Huis met uitzicht op het IJsselmeer-NL

Smaakvol ingericht vakantiehuis met een ruim terras en uitzicht over het IJsselmeer. Let op bij reserveren: Het jaarlijkse Stavers feest vindt plaats op het nabijgelegen terrein, medio juni 2026. Ook in juli 2026 wordt in de buurt de 18e editie van de visserijdagen van Stavoren gehouden. De exacte data zijn nog niet bekend. Het is een unieke kans om deze evenementen mee te maken, maar ze veroorzaken wel geluidsoverlast. Wie rust zoekt, kiest beter een andere periode. Het Hanzekop team.

Villa Felderhof - Vakantie huisje aan het water

Direct aan open vaar en viswater. De oude haven en het strand zijn zeer nabij. Het huisje is een oude berging van de vroegere sluis naar de Zuiderzee. Daarom heeft het een uniek karakter en voelt het alsof je op het water verblijft. Geschikt voor een (echt)paar eventueel met twee kinderen. Er is één slaapkamer en een vide waar eventueel 2 jongeren kunnen slapen. Aan de voorzijde bevindt zich een zonnige tuin en en de achterzijde een steiger aan het water waar 2 kano’s klaar liggen. ☀️

Dit alles nabij het waterrijke centrum van het elfsteden-stadje Stavoren met o.a een supermarkt, diverse restaurantjes, terrasjes en VVV-kantoor.

We welcome you in Stavoren! Villa Lands End is an attractive villa with 4 bedrooms plus private bathrooms for 8 people. The modern kitchen with large dining table is fully equipped. The terrace is furnished with a large dining table, BBQ and a spacious lounge sofa with patio fireplace. The villa has a jetty with swimming ladder. Free use of canoe and SUP board included. It is also possible to rent the electric sloop, which is also available at the villa.

Thatched villa for recreation, nicely situated, right outside Stavoren. The garden is right at the waterside, with a large jetty for boats, from which you sail directy to the Frysian Lakes or the IJssellake. The house is spacious, which makes it very comfortable for bigger groups. The kitchen is fully equiped. The garden is all around the house and you can park right outside the house. The open water is perfect for swimming and fishing.
