The property is situated on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, sauna with relaxarium, openair lounge and terrace. At your disposal you have a garden (300 m2) with an outdoor shower and a carparking. The town centre is only an 8 minutes walk away. There is a 5 KM recreative walking path through the forest close by. Those who stay on the terrace can enjoy a stunning view of Opatija, Rijeka and the beautiful Adriatic sea.

The holiday house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities.
