Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Toš apartment 2 with private garden by the beach

Toš ap is situated on the middle ground floor of a renovated traditional house, located in the heart of a coastal village, furnished in hand with tradition. it is not the brightest, but it offers comfort in the summer heat. Ap. consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and is suitable for families. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (acces. by stairs). Local beach is just a few steps from the garden. Parking, guarantted, E-charger

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment Maricic (for two)

My place is close to beach, nearest is 300 meters and hills. Untached nature is what describes Stara Baska the best. You’ll love it because of the views, peace, crystal clear sea, beautiful beach. Apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers.. Stara Baška is a small peaceful town with a few restaurants that are open from May until October. There are many beautiful beaches where You can relax and enjoy the sun, the sea, nature. Also is good for hiking because have hills and marked trails.

The Terrace

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent terrace with view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the beach Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2k from centre of Moscenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 20 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia. Excellent locaion for exploring Istria.

Apartmani STARA BAŠKA nalaze se samo 100 metara od mora i prekrasnih plaža. Lijepo uređen apartman za 4-5 osoba, nalazi se na prvom katu kuće. Ima jednu spavaću sobu s bračnim krevetom, jednu spavaću sobu s dva odvojena kreveta, jednu kupaonicu, dnevni boravak s kaučem za jednu osobu, kuhinju s blagovaonicom i natkrivenu terasu s prekrasnim pogledom na more! Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli. Blizina plaže i restorana čini ovaj apartman idealnim za odmor s obitelji ili prijateljima!

My place is close to city center and beaches. Just 6 minutes walk. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples with one child, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Bicyclist and motorcyclist can leave their bikes in closed yard. You'll love a very modern design with high quality furniture and great sound and heat isolation.

Well equipped, clean & modern apartment, located just 300m from the beach in quiet neighborhood, with big terrace and all the commodities you need. It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.

Charming apartment in the oldtown

Nice little apartment in the old town near the center. We are pets friendly. In Punat you have nice long seafront promenade, bike road, shephards paths, etc... There are lots of little retaurants where you can try our traditional food.
