Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Villa Leona je novoizgrađena vila s privatnim, grijanim bazenom. Ima veliko parkirno mjesto ispred kuće, a u prizemlju ima potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i ugodan dnevni boravak s kaučem na izvlačenje, gdje 2 osobe mogu prespavati. Tu je i soba s dva odvojena kreveta i kupaonica s tušem u prizemlju. Na katu su dvije dvokrevetne sobe. Svaka soba ima svoju kupaonicu s tušem.
