We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.

This Casita offers a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room (washer & dryer), queen size bed & 1 full bathroom. AC & Heather (via mini split system) Driveway fits two cars. Overall, a beautiful little house with lots of renovations. Self check-in with electronic keypad door lock. No smoking, no parties.

Castle Air Museum is one mile away. If you're here on business, UC Merced and Mercy Medical center are a 10 minute drive away. Easy Freeway 99 access.
