Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.

Eppalock Hilltop Retreat is an Eco Friendly Tiny Home situated on 20 acres of secluded bushland in the Lyell State Forest. It boasts hilltop views of Mt Alexander and the Eppalock ranges where you will find an abundance of wildlife such as Kangaroos, Wallabies, Goannas and Lizards. Enjoy some local cider and chocolates included in your welcome hamper from the outdoor hot tub, or cozy up with a movie beside the mini log fire inside.
