Your cottage is fully self-contained with full cooking facilities, but only a short distance from the main residence if you need any assistance. We have parking for a vehicle and trailer or truck Enjoy a BBQ or glass of wine under the grapevine shaded verandah, or on cooler nights enjoy watching the flames in the fire pit and see the stars light up the sky.

Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

With 3 comfortable bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests and 3 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. We are located on a working farm with sheep and cattle. Located in the township of Longwood, a 5 minute walk to the White Hart Hotel. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Studio 237 Private self contained Apt/Balcony

Studio 237 is a modern, self contained apartment upstairs with private balcony. A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.

Eppalock Hilltop Retreat is an Eco Friendly Tiny Home situated on 20 acres of secluded bushland in the Lyell State Forest. It boasts hilltop views of Mt Alexander and the Eppalock ranges where you will find an abundance of wildlife such as Kangaroos, Wallabies, Goannas and Lizards. Enjoy some local cider and chocolates included in your welcome hamper from the outdoor hot tub, or cozy up with a movie beside the mini log fire inside.

Immerse yourself in a bit of railway history in this unique converted carriage. Located in the heart of the Avenel township, you'll have everything you need for the perfect getaway. Relax on the deck and watch the trains go by, or wander down the road for a cocktail or woodfired pizza. Avenel is a great launching pad for all that the Strathbogie region has to offer - art, history, wine and some fabulous restaurants.
