Other features include a dishwasher, cot, washing machine / tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and air conditioning and wifi throughout. All towels & bed linen provided.

Close to Stamford Town Centre overlooking the beautiful historic Barn Hill Mews to the rear. Burghley House is walking distance. All Saints Church is 200 yards away. You’ll love the atmosphere and the style. It is furnished tastefully - bedroom with double bed, upstairs a single bed- plus (new) sofa bed in the living room sleeps one more person if required. (4 max). There is a car park very close by. Beams, old character and spiral staircase feature. Read the reviews for more encouragement.

Added bonus of 2 private parking spaces. 2 large screen smart TVs. Wifi included. Located in an ideal area for walking to Burghley House or travelling and exploring the local villages and places of interest such as Rutland Water. Unfortunately we are unsuitable for small children and wheelchairs due to the stairs,

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

This is a newly renovated and cosy home situated in the centre of the historic market town of Stamford with private parking; within seconds walk of the high street. The cottage comprises of a kitchen, shower room/ toilet and a final larger room with a double bed, sofa (which can be made up as a sofa bed) and dining area. Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.
