Villa Balcony is located on the mountainside of Pantanassa, next to the traditional village of Rodia. The location of the villa is very advantageous because it is located on the eastern side of the mountain and offers spectacular view of the whole city of Heraklion, the bay of Heraklion, the island of Dia and the Aegean sea. Also, due to the location of the villa, at night, the moonrise offers a beautiful and romantic view.

My Studio, alongside its twin on the ground floor, is just a few seconds away to the beach so you are going to sleep under the sound of the waves and their light breeze . Less than 1 minute walk to the main road where supermarkets, car rentals, souvenir shops, restaurants, fast-foods and bars are located! Surrounded by other houses and hotels, it is quiet and cozy, but litteraly next to anything you might want in Stalis.

The village is a very nice place where you can find almost everything to shop, have a coffee place and relax in a traditional tavern. The level is 800m above the sea so the air is always fresh and clear !! There is many beutiful places you can visit around , take a walk or do mountain bike..
