With an enchanting terrace and a private garden secluded by trees and situated beneath Hastings Castle, our romantic getaway is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. The Old Town and Fishing Quarter are a scenic short stroll across the top of West Hill

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

There are many National Trust properties within a small radius together with historic gardens and local vineyards. Tenterden and Rye are a short drive and Camber Sands, with its sandy beach, is a must. There are a number of local pubs which serve food, The White Hart within a few minutes walk, and many others not far away.

We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Well equipped kitchen & a cocktail bar in the lounge to rustle up a cocktail/mock-tail. We have a 2nd living room with a desk should you need. Good quality mattresses and bed linen. Minutes walk to the beach, West/East Hill lifts/stunning walks, galleries, cafes, restaurants, shops & lots of local history to be soaked up.

Bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, living room with smart tv and DVD player, sofa bed if you wish to use (notice needed for extra bedding) . Shower room down a step. Private entrance down iron staircase, self check in by lockbox. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Children only by supervision. Well behaved dogs allowed, please notify. No smoking/vaping/candles.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.
