There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. It has its own private entrance, a double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, tea and coffee facilities, breakfast snacks and lots of information on things to do during your stay. The Cozy studio is close to Alder Hey children’s Hospital, a 15/20-minute bus ride to Liverpool City Centre, 10-minute taxi journey to both Anfield and Goodison's ground and 15 mins from Aintree Race Course.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.
