There are two parking spots outside the fence, a short walk across a lovely green lot to the boat in the water. You’re a short drive to downtown New Baltimore and restaurants along Jefferson. Our guest bedroom is upstairs with a shared bathroom next to the room. We also rent out three other bedrooms in the house with a private bathroom in the basement, along with kitchen, dining, and living area (with television) in the basement that can be used.
