St. Andrews private rooms close to university/golf

Short Term Let License FI-00821-F Recently retired successful guest house owners,who now have two comfortable rooms in their new home surplus to requirements. Peaceful location but only 1 mile from the town centre that can be reached by a leisurely walk along a woodland path or by the main road. A spoiled cat lives with us but he is incredibly friendly. Ample off street parking, good breakfasts with home made preserves just some of the delightful features of our property.
