It is a short walk or taxi ride to both stations, with fast access to London, Watford or Brighton & the south coast. Easily accessible from the M1, M25 & A1M, it is an excellent base for exploring Herts & beyond. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed & the other with bunk beds. There is off street parking for one car.

Adjacent to Fern Cottage dating from 1850. 10 minute walk to the Cathedral, park and shops, pubs and restaurants ! A 10 minute stroll to St Albans City mainline can whisk you to London St Pancras International in 18 minutes. Happy to recommend where to go based on 20 years living in St Albans !

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.
