The 2 private rooms facing the swimming pool has AC, cable TV, safe locker & en-suit toilets. The upper floor dormitory can accommodate 10 guests with separate shared toilets / shower facilities. Guest can enjoy the private rooftop terrace, swimming pool , large garden and try our local cuisine.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Palamu sits on a small hill overlooking our coconut groves. It's designed as an extension of the plantation. A thatched roof, mud walls, tall coconut pillars. 2 bedrooms flank the living area & open kitchen & are fitted with king size beds & ensuite bathroom. Open air rain-showers are an experience in themselves esp. at dusk with a brilliant sunset, swaying coco trees and cool running water after a hot day. We do not have air-conditioning.

Free DROPS to Dambulla Temple (need to reserve in advance). Airport pickup can be arranged upon request for a fee. Additionally, we can reserve seats for you on buses to Kandy or Trincomalee at local rates. Our guests gets convenient pickup and drop-off services for Minneriya safari and hot air balloon rides directly from your cottage. Our kayaks are free to use in the lake(s). Local village walking trails and climbing the rock in front of us also can be arranged.
