New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

This is a private villa with a pool, located just 100 meters away from the town. This is a cool place to relax to spend a holiday. Meals can be arranged in the fully equipped kitchen during your stay..Food also can be arranged from the restaurant in the adjoining property. The beach can be reached from the rear entrance through a narrow privately.Restaurants and cafes are available within walking distance. Washing machine is available but the cost of powder to be borne by you.

Mandarin hill residence is Situated 8km from Kandy city center and it features a panoramic view with Adams peak in the distance. 3 rooms have private balconies with scenic views of the forest and river below. Transportation can be provided on request. The area is popular for bird watching and is a nature lovers retreat. FREE Internet and Kitchen facilities also provided. We also offer Transport, meals, laundry, yoga, cooking classes and maid services on request for a fee.

The Villa is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest swimming beach and Unawatuna beach, Galle is about 15 minutes away by Tuk Tuk.

Licuala’s Pool Bungalow is a studio styled home designed for slow living and tropical relaxation. Spacious and bright, this house is set by the pond and rice paddy and intended for full immersion into nature. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.
