Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

Charming 1941 river cottage with the feel of old Florida , but is updated with modern comforts. The neighborhood quiet and feels secluded, but is just 5 min from major grocery stores and restaurants. The house is located just outside of the Weeki Wachee River( a short 10 min Kayak or Canoe ride.) The front of the house has a large protected wooded area. We have see deer, wild boar, owls and wild turkeys. In the back we have seen otters, turtles, various fish, and of course manatees

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
